Designed based on the Multidimensional Health Model and the Functional Clinical Classification of the elderly, MedLogic contains an efficient electronic prognosis with innovative interfaces that helps health professionals to effectively control the elderly “through a comprehensive information system that records not only the clinical evolution of the elderly person, but also their participation in prevention actions, individual or collective (Elderly Good Care Project / ANS, 2016).

The platform offers the Functional Clinical Vulnerability Index-20 (FVI-20), a multidimensional tool for fast recognition of risk or danger in the elderly (5 to 10 minutes), which can be used by any health professional or even by the elderly person and their relatives.

After identifying the risk, the software offers diagnostic tools widely used in the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA), capable of facilitating the recognition of “Major Geriatric Syndromes” and major chronic health conditions due to the loss of autonomy and independence of the elderly person.
